Selling beef by the share allows us to raise cattle thoughtfully, plan responsibly, and offer a better experience for the families we serve. As a family-run farm, this approach allows us to care for our animals with intention from pasture to processing. Instead of selling individual cuts, we offer portions of a whole animal so nothing goes to waste and every customer receives a balanced freezer.
Buying by the share also gives families a clear connection to where their food comes from and how it was raised. Our cattle are born, raised, and finished on pasture within a small local radius, allowing them to live healthy, low-stress lives outdoors. By keeping the entire process close to home and working directly with our processor, we’re able to prioritize animal welfare and maintain a truly local food system.

How It Works
Step 1
Join the waitlist.
Start by telling us you’re interested. Joining the waitlist doesn’t commit you to a purchase—it simply lets us know you’d like information about current or upcoming beef availability.
Step 2
We’ll reach out with details.
Once we hear from you, we’ll share what’s available now and what’s coming up next. Whether you’re looking for beef that’s ready soon or prefer to plan ahead for a later date, we’re happy to talk through both.
Step 3
Reserve your share.
When the timing is right, we’ll help you reserve a share and walk you through placing a deposit. Once your deposit is received, your share is officially reserved. From there, we’ll stay in touch with updates along the way, including timing, pickup details, and how to select your cuts.
Step 4
Pick up your beef.
When processing is complete, we’ll share pickup details (and delivery options, if available) so you know exactly when and how to bring your beef home. And yes—this is a good time to make sure your freezer space is ready.
